It might be nice if they could tidy it up a bit for a more pleasant experience. That said, the care and treatment Luna received overshadowed this minor issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this veterinary service! I brought my dog Charlie in for his annual check-up, and from the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed.
